Please join us at the Century Grill on Thursday, September 10th at 5:30pm for food, drinks, networking and a presentation by Dottie Gallagher-Cohen. The event will be held upstairs in the Fireplace Room, with a veggie tray on display and a cash bar beginning at 5:30pm, that will include beer, wine and liquor. Dottie will begin her presentation promptly at 6pm and dinner will be served after the speaker concludes. Dinner will consist of a buffet including a garden salad, beef on weck or chicken, and tater tots.

About the Speaker:

Dottie Gallagher-Cohen is President & CEO of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, the region’s employer-funded economic development organization and the regional chamber of commerce.

Prior to joining the Partnership, she was president & CEO of Visit Buffalo Niagara, where she built community awareness about the economic impact of tourism, and modernized the organization’s technology, marketing, and brand platforms. Gallagher-Cohen spent several years with The Buffalo News and at the peak of her career there, as Senior Vice President of Marketing; she was honored with the New York State Governor’s Award for excellence in media and served on the executive committee of the Yahoo! Newspaper Consortium.

An active member of her community, Dottie currently serves on the regional advisory board of Univera Healthcare and is a director on the boards of The Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency, The Erie County Industrial Development Agency and Visit Buffalo Niagara.

Gallagher-Cohen received her undergraduate degree from Towson University (Baltimore, Maryland) and her MBA from the University at Buffalo.


There is free street parking in front of and around the building, as well as a parking lot directly next to the building that is $5 per car.
